Jury Trial Waiver: To the greatest extent permitted by law, both you and Melek & Moon waive the right to a trial by jury.

Opt-Out: You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by contacting us in writing at info@melekmoon.com.

Pre-Arbitration Notice: Before initiating arbitration, the initiating party must send a written Notice of Dispute to the other party and engage in good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally for at least 60 days.

Arbitration will be administered by National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM) under its applicable rules. Details are available at www.namadr.org.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The presence of any third-party link does not constitute an endorsement by Melek & Moon. We explicitly disclaim any liability for the content, accuracy, or quality of products or services on external websites.

By using the Website or submitting your information, you acknowledge that it involves the handling of personally identifiable information as described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

By submitting your mobile phone number, you consent to being contacted via telephone, automated dialing systems, SMS, and MMS — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

By clicking "Submit," "Place My Order," "I Accept," or similar buttons, you acknowledge that you are providing a legally binding electronic signature and entering into an enforceable contract. Your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intention to be bound by this Agreement, in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act).

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Melek & Moon and supersedes any prior versions. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
