Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

• Items must be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• Each order must be returned in a separate package

Personalized Items

Because every piece is made to order with your name hand-embroidered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect or error made on our part.

If we made an error in your embroidery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we will make it right at no cost to you.

How to Return

Start your return through our returns portal below. Once approved, you'll receive a return label and instructions via email.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method
• Do not combine multiple orders in one return package

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for returns to be processed after we receive your item.

You'll be notified by email once your return is complete and your refund is on the way.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or embroidered pieces (unless defective)
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items that are worn, washed, or damaged
• Final sale or discounted items (marked at checkout)

Non-eligible items included in a return package will not be credited and cannot be shipped back.
