Every order leaves our Texas atelier packed by hand — here's everything you need to know about how it reaches you.
All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed — we'll always reach out via email if your order is significantly held up.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address and chosen method.
We ship to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking is activated within 24 hours of shipment.
Melek & Moon is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
